Yes they live in inner cities that are in ruins...But they are the ones that ruin them.
Let’s deduct the cost of cleaning up after them from any reparations.
Also the expenses Tax payers have had from supporting any families that have lived for generations on welfare.
Also the cost of incarcerating literally half the male black population.
