Not sure...

My belief, however, is that Pence committed Treason well before 1/6. There is a report floating around, a deposition, I think... that Pence and Rosenstein conspired to invoke the 25th much early during DJT’s term. The agreement was that Rosenstein would move up to VP, for his cooperation.

That would make the current story (on 1/6) and the one on Conservative Review both suspect.
