That's the trouble with so-called 'conservatives'. They quibble, parse, and justify away our rights until the derps have their boots on our neck.

And coffee guy has the right to have his lease not renewed if he uses the property in a way not consented to by the owners - so there you go. Hanging a sign is not 'using the property'.
The derp certainly has the right not to renew a lease. Just not for that reason. George Washington would kick his ass.
Imagine the sign said 'Black Lives Matter'.
