So if I was a BIPOC, I can get away with murder by claiming that I was having a major malfunction.
Maybe I should claim my Mohawk tribal membership. I have just enough in my ancestry. I had some help from some Lakota friends tracing it back.

Emotional time excuse....
Ok.
I’m getting increasingly emotional at this time about the lootings, carjackings, random shootings, beating of a woman at a gas pump, kidnapping of a four year old boy from his bed and murdering him, several stabbings of people on city sidewalks and criminals who “won’t face prison time.”
So I will not face jail for anything. So emotional for me now.
This is why I carry 2 magazines full of 180 grain JHP emotion ‘enders’, everywhere I go... ...even when I have my grandson along.
