All of these polls...if you ‘weigh’ them...lead to a bucket of money of enormous size (that the public can never sustain or cover).
Plus all of these acts to resolve problems....are being suggested in one of the top ten most expensive cities in America. Let us remind ourselves...just a regular can of Coke in SF costs around $2.75.
