She does not have a PhD. She has an Ed.D. BIG difference. You don’t get a PhD for writing a dissertation about community colleges in Delaware or some such tripe. Just like everything else teachers do, getting a doctorate is not hard.
Those working in Bidens administration don’t want to be seen out and about....and I do wonder if they’re having difficulty finding people willing to be seen as part of this administration.

Hillary wasn’t elected, but she made sure that she was the “co-president”. Her words. And yes she designed obamacare but the house and senate thought it went too far so it failed.
obama gets in, they bring up hillarycare, pass it and rename it after obama. Bet she was pretty pissed at that.
