The truly terrifying thought is who they are going to be hiring who is willing to be in that kind of position of power over people

A reference to "Germany in WWII" is simply too broad to make any sense. For a person with any sort of background in the fields of Military History or Political Science, such a reference brings up a thousand different associations.

These are just two examples, there are many more. The challenge is to find interested people who are stable, well adjusted with capable skills of self-disciple, judgement and discretion, and must be a people person. Finding such candidates to fill so many vacancies in the present disintegrating culture is steadily diminishing.
