Also, more than hospitals “asking” doctors to declare Covid as cause of death, medical coders were ORDERED to code non-Covid deaths as Covid. That was a year ago when some of them called Rush to spill the beans. If they refused, they had no job and they and their families were threatened with worse.

There’s no attack on you personally, just on the argument being made. It doesn’t make sense when you consider the practicality for how that would have to work.
That's not how it works. Section 32 Part I of a US Standard Certificate of Death requires a clear, medically sound progression of conditions from the Underlying Cause of Death all the way to the Immediate Cause of Death. This is a chain of causal events. For example, hypoxemia due to ARDS due to COVID-19.
What you're suggesting would have the doctor put COVID-19 in Part II, and that isn't listed as a COVID-19 death.
Here is a US Standard Certificate of Death. And here is the Physicians' Handbook on Medical Certification of Death. If you read both, you'll understand why what you're saying doesn't make any sense and why any attempt to do what you're suggesting would be easily and immediately identified as fraud and medical malpractice.
I believe it happened. The question is whether the deaths were caused by medical malpractice.
Thanks but you are citing the law and are assuming laws are never “bent” or broken.
There is so much out there from physicians saying they were told to list Covid that the idea it was done is barely worth discussing. After all why would any physician make up a story like that?
Which physicians are saying they were told to do that?
And I’m not citing the law and saying nobody ever breaks the law, but people absolutely do weigh risk vs reward. The risk for lying on a US Standard Certificate of death is loss of medical license, loss of career, loss of all future earning potential (millions of dollars as a doctor), and prison. The reward is... zero. Because the hospitals get the additional money for caring for COVID-19 patients and it’s not even that much (about 2% of revenue).
So again, if your boss said “hey, I want you to lie on official government paperwork and risk your career and prison time because I’d really like to see this company pull in an extra 2% revenue”, would you do it? No? Shocker.
Just do a search. I am not wasting time arguing about something everyone but you knows is/was going on.

What you’re accusing doctors of doesn’t make any sense and I’ve seen no evidence to back it up. So no, I’m not going to waste my time trying to find evidence to try and back up unfounded, unsupported, nonsensical accusations.
Why is it you expect me to find evidence to support your claim?
