Unfortunately even if you brought in people to assist they also are or become corrupt. So throwing yet more money at it really only keeps the crooks in office.
The population is highly illiterate so coming here they will indeed be on the welfare rolls and their children and those after them....they will end up like the Somalians, in their own sections, with obese woman sitting on the street protesting that their free food pantries aren't full enough and don't have enough selection of their preferred foods.....that's what's coming here...

I guess I wasn’t dreaming when I saw this.
I’m, reminded of a young child getting a pet. Oh, they say they’ll feed it and bath it, and do for a while. Until it grows too big, costs too much money to feed and clean up after, or bites someone. So much for Fido. And now the determinations as to what to do are limited.
It’s almost like the actions on the pythons that were released in the Florida jungles. They were ignored until they grew to 15 feet with a capacity to 20 feet, and started showing up in towns and cities and were a threat to the citizens. So it happens too often and the truth is slow getting out. Until there isn’t an action to be taken. Just stupid, self important people destroying credibility establishes precedence. And with help from the media, establishes harm.
