So, since he has ruled the law unconstitutional, are Californians free to purchase assault rifles and high cap magazines now? And if so, does it really benefit the left to slow walk this? And can this be used as a legal tool in other states?
Did hell just freeze over?
I have not forgotten that every stain on this nation’s soul and character was placed their by a democrat. With their history, you would be a fool to put ANY evil deed past them including trying to genocide their political opponents. They would kill us all in a second if they thought they could get away with it.
I’m not sure. Should hell freezing over make me feel all warm and fuzzy inside?
“sorry for screwing up the title. I’m a little bit giddy right now. hehehe hohoho”
That was the first time I ever heard the perfect excuse for screwing up a title!
Anyone here know if this ruling nullifies Kalifornia’s law that requires CA legal ARs to have an open breach in order to eject the magazine? What about the 10 round max magazine, is that law still in affect in Kalifornia?
Oh Nos
The nudge put a 30 day stay on this waiting for the AG to respond. So no fully featured AR’s ect right now.
In 30 days, if nothing is done, then CA’s AW ban is gone and all is legal.
I believe the idea is to help get this to the supremes. Essentially all the commies do not want these cases going to the supreme court of USA. They will appeal to 9th if they think they can win there.
But if they do, then we have different circuits with opposing rulings, which would mean USA supremes need to address. Again this is not what they want.
These next 30 days will tell the tale.
We have been preparing for this battle for years and we’ll never be in a better position to win it than we are right now. We ride at dawn.
Probably an accident. Expect W to condemn him soon.
Mega win !!
Has any competent owner of a firearm ever paid any attention to that silly crap anyway?
