Amnesty is essential to the Bush Plan for North Mexico (aka USA) initiated by his father to steal the USA from its citizens by flooding it with foreigners.

So why didn't all the other rounds of amnesty secure the border and why would this one finally do it?
Wait. Where did that 22 million number come from? This is the first time I've seen a number larger than 11 million from a pro-amnesty source. Every other time it is the magical eleven million where no matter how many more come in every year or how few leave, die or are legalized the number totals to eleven million. Math like that drove Georg Cantor mad.
Personally, I think the number is eleven million because once it crossed ten million tolerance for illegals dropped. They couldn't walk it back to nine million, but they could keep it from ever growing again.

I’d also point out that after the 1986 amnesty deal, GHWB did 6-points worse with Latinos than Reagan did in 1984 and he did (I think) another six or more points worse again in 1992.
The southern border can never really be secured on its own.

The first sentence of Amendment XIV must be repealed. It might be replaced by something like: Each person born in the USA after ratification may only be granted under US law the citizenship of its mother 275 days prior to birth and, if Congress so desires, that of her bona fide husband as of 200 days prior to birth, for the first twenty-five years of its life.
The US must exit the Refugee Convention under Article 44 by proper official denunciation so we aren’t flooded by alien colonizers claiming to be refugees.
US law must be changed so that any refugee claimant admitted to the US, to be no more than 50,000 in any 12-month period, must have already been granted refugee status by another country and have lived in it for at least one year, if the refugee is not a Cuban targeted by Cuba’s communist government.
Refugees should not have a special path to citizenship or special access to welfare.
They know it is now in excess of 30 million so they are stretching it from 11 to 22 million.
The 1986 amnesty was supposed to be less than a million, turned out to be 3.2 million and now we have TEN TIMES that number of illegal aliens and it was all PLANNED.
