I'm quite sure that Electors who cast their votes on December 14, and the results of their votes, would be covered by the DE FACTO OFFICER DOCTRINE, which has been upheld by the Supreme Court many times and which holds that those who rely on the actions of a seemingly legitimate officer are free from blame, and the actions of an irregularly appointed officer are to be upheld AS IF his appointment were legal.

The Constitution is clear on who would immediately be sworn in as President in the event the office of the Presidency and Vice-Presidency were to become vacant. After that it's anybodies guess but clearly Pelosi would not have the support of the people.

As far as my expectations with the audits and such, I have very little. We are just going to have to see what develops as I could see this going either way.

yes, there was an article a few days ago about a 2018 sheriff race and the guy in office really lost and it was just ruled 30 months later that the “loser” was the winner and is to be put in office. Of course the guy in office will likely try legal actions, so I am guessing O’Biden will too. Dems always seem to trash or steal from the whitehouse one way or other as they leave.
