How about prosecuting the lying FBI agents who lied in filing of charges against him? There should be no limited immunity for thugs with a badge.

Notice that the agents name as been redacted from the public copy of the charge:

Remember the screw up in Alaska a week or so ago where the FBI raided a citizen's house after the FBI swore the couple was inside the Capitol? The stupid female's agent's name was included on that public copy of the charge.

This isn't a one-time mistake, this is a failed, corrupt and incompetent groups that is screwing up left and right.

Photos of the siege showed Hodgkins holding a “Trump 2020” flag on the Senate floor and standing behind a desk that had papers on it in the chamber, according to the report.

In this second case mentioned, Hodgkins pleaded guilty to one felony in exchange for having 4 misdemeaners dropped. He can get up to 20 years in jail.

How much jail time did the people get who set the police station on fire with people inside? Equal justice under the law?

There wasn’t even enough evidence to establish probable cause.

A federal judge tossed charges against a New York man accused in the Capitol riot — the first out of hundreds of cases to fall apart due to lack of evidence.

On a related note, a second suspect has struck a deal and pled guilty to charges relating to January 6th. Is that the second out of hundreds that will be convicted?

Because he was doing something egregious, down on the floor in the desk, etc. Very few went that far.

Saying that the charges being dropped against one man will lead to the charges being dropped against hundreds makes no more sense than saying two guys pleading guilty will lead to hundreds of pleas and convictions. It's too early to tell one way or the other.

If it’s the “first” then how does this idiot know there will be hundreds?

I call it making assumptions. No proof that that will be the case at all.

What happened to the two NYC law students that were arrested with Molotov cocktails? I think they tried to set a cop car on fire
