Considering that the CDC has reported that the number one cause of premature death in black men is being killed by other black men, this study is suspect.
But then, racism could be a factor. Given the epic black on white violent crime which is epidemic compared to the reverse, with race hatred and racism against whites as a probable factor, this festering virulent race hatred carried by many blacks is bound to affect their health.
Perhaps the author would like to explain, if there’s an alleged marked difference in the US, why the exact same practices, tests and procedures are used daily by the 60-some African nations and by almost 100% african doctors and researchers with no difference in outcomes? Or why none of those nations in the last 50 years have made any distinction between some phantom ‘white’ medicine and ‘black’ medicine? Is he actually lamenting that only white cadavers and white patients were used for medical research?
It’s true that genetics-based medicine is on the horizon, but it’s completely experimental and certainly not commonplace. We hear about it most often in relation to tayloring cancer treatments. And, most important - untill the past few decades, genetics was mostly a concern for inbreeding, much less dreams of genetically profiled medicine.
