I have found that people that can’t even spell the acronym HIPAA correctly generally have zero concept of its application or contents.
My company required full vaccination as a requirement for employment. They stated that anyone with negative reactions would not be charged PTO for the illness, and it would be covered under our workers comp policy. I know of at least one employee that quit because he didn’t want the jab.

Delta is going to be hearing from some attorneys who are going to familiarize them with the provisions set forth in the Nuremberg Code and the USC.
I am sure your employer would jump at the chance to provide you with a signed document stating that they will 100% cover any and all medical expenses you should incur for the rest of your life that are related to the experimental injection they are coercing you to take. There also should be a death benefit of several million dollars payable to your next of kin in case of your likely death from it.
I would also make sure they are provided with a copy of the Nuremberg Code and 21 USC sec 360 also.

I think coercion by vaccine passport is equivalent to chicomm social credit scoring attached to an ID card. If we do that we will become as bad as the Chicomms in the blink of an eye.
But you see do we know for sure how many actually died from Covid-19, the answer is no. Certainly not 568,000 people in this country.
Seasonal flue is 700 times more deadly that Covid to people under 18 years of age...
