McConnell won’t talk about Trump, I think because he thought that Trumps’ “defeat” would be the end of Trump. Now he realizes that has not been the case. Trump is as popular among the base as he has ever been. Mitch sees that now so he’ll just avoid talking about Trump altogether.
his job would have been easier before the GA runoff boycotters gave the senate away. many of the same people dumping on poor dumb turtle in this thread were the strongest proponent of the boycott. so, in effect, they gave the senate away, and now they’re blaming mcconnell for not sufficiently hindering the liberal crap coming out of the House of Representatives.
Maybe 100% of his focus should have been on blocking the Democrats from stealing the election then he wouldn’t have to worry about Biden’s handler’s agenda.
