Seems simple; each machine has an inspector’s name on it from the korporation. Any fraud - in addition to the korporate president, the inspector also goes to prison, both for a term of not less than three time the duration of the election cycle.

IAHGLL Has someone stolen a bunch of your letters and you are unable to write English?
Should we alert someone? Local cops? Next of kin?
Are you bleeding out in a hallway trying to write something?
Let us know, we care about you!

You realize that The Michigan Mean Girls stole the 2018 election, don't you?
Due to shenanigans like 2020 in the red counties ["blue wave" in the red counties, NO blue wave in the blue counties], they installed Soros chicks Benson and Nessel so they could do 2020 up right.
Ricky Snyder HAD to know about 2018 - but he cucked out and didn't say a word.
Then, Ricky came out in support of joek and The Ho, voted for them, and didn't use his influence to put some backbone in the Michigan Pubbies in the legislature to stop The Michigan 2020 Steal.
His reward for all this spinelessness? The week after the Michigan vote was certified and Snyder was no longer of any use for the Mean Girls, Nazi Nessel put little Ricky up against the wall with felony charges.
Serves the spineless cuck right...

These people are going to have to use accurate technical terminology if they hope to persuade anyone. Exactly. I'm pretty familiar with Microsoft's products and don't of anything I would call an implant.

The truth is the "implant" is Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio and was installed on the Antrim County EMS server. The EMS software uses Microsoft SQL server as its database. However this particular part of the Microsoft SQL server package, the Management Studio, is not certified as part of EMS software product. Thanks for the explanation. Is there any evidence that Management Studio can be or could be run remotely?

It’s a patch that does what someone other than the actual user wants it to do.
Kind of like an FBI “upgrade” of your hard drive - Ask Sheryl what’s-her-name.

Exactly. I'm pretty familiar with Microsoft's products and don't of anything I would call an implant. The article gives no context around DePerno's use of the word "implant". The article only quotes the single word "implant".
The article does give full quoted context when DePerno describes the offending item as a "program".
Not sure what's so confusing.
