FR: Never Accept the Premise of Your Opponent’s Argument
Patriots are reminded that the states have never expressly constitutionally given the feds the specific power to deal with sex-related discrimination beyond the scope of voting rights issues, evidenced by the 19th Amendment.

Patriots need to primary (2022) federal and state lawmakers who refuse to agree that Congress and the Oval Office don’t have the express constitutional authority to deal with politically correct, desperate Democratic LGBT “rights."
And speaking of federal government overreach, patriots also need to primary federal and state lawmakers who don’t agree to do the following about state powers stolen by the corrupt, post-17th Amendment ratification feds.
When the federal government accuses someone of violating a law, judges and law enforcement officials should be required to do the following.
Judges and law-enforcement officials need to inform the accused of the constitutional clause(s) that arguably justifies the allegedly broken law for further scrutiny of the constitutionality of that law, especially where unconstitutional federal peacetime gun control laws are concerned imo.
I am with the democrats in as far as ensuring gender-switching people are guaranteed access to health care. But as far as allowing boys who claim to be girls the right to screw up girls sports, no! Anybody who backs this is mentally screwed up or has an agenda to push the issue.
Exactly. Rush Limbaugh often said "words mean things." The left has always done a very good job of controlling the language surrounding a given issue. For example, have you noticed how the term "gun control" is being abandoned in favor of "gun safety?" (Same agenda, different spin.) Republicans need to be consistent in defending laws to keep biological males out of women's sports as "Pro-woman." Instead, they are allowing the left to portray it as "Anti-trans."

What does that entail exactly though? 'Progressive' Democrats send out such mixed signals on this, one day saying 20-year-olds aren't mature and ready to buy guns or tobacco, and then the next day say in states such as California that 12-year-olds are wise and mentally prepared to decide to begin transitioning.

States with steel backbones will prevail; but they have to be willing to withstand the withholding of federal dollars; because that is how liberal feds have brought recalcitrant states to heel (re: holder vs AZ etc).
In a fair world, the same courts that ruled Trump cannot withhold funds from law-breaking sanctuary cities would also rule that the Cadaver-in-Chief can’t do it either, especially on behalf of a jurisdiction that is following the Constitution and statutes. But we know better.

If Biden tries something like trying to pull federal funds for Education from certain GOP states, then those states should tell him to pound sand, that they’ll just end all federal interference in education in their states and instead help K-12 education breakout of the stranglehold of the K-12 education industrial complex.
