Gov. Andrew Cuomo on Tuesday attacked President Trump over a “potential pardon” (btw never happened or considered) of Sheldon Silver, the corrupt former speaker of the New York Assembly — and suggested it could be “a favor for someone in the Jewish community.”
During a radio interview in Albany, Cuomo called the notion of freeing Silver from prison — where the Manhattan Democrat is serving 6 1/2 years for a $4 million bribery and kickbacks scheme — “just confounding” and the culmination of “four years of bizarre.”
“It’s almost as if he’s trying to purposefully create anarchy and desecrate the entire system on the way out the door…he’s making a mockery of everything,” Cuomo said of Trump granting Silver a pardon.
Ask Cuomo what he thinks of Bidens program of releasing felons early
the rule is 80%,then release for good time, but no sentence is permanent if the fed court wants to make a deal for information or leverage on a bigger fish.
the Director of the Bureau of Prisons does what the federal court directs him to do.
#4. Marv. #2 summed it all up, the Feb. Bureau of Prisons, run by the very corrupt Biden regime and political whorehouse.
Wonder who got paid off this time? Hunter? Joe? Dr. Jill? Harris, aka Mrs. Mattress of California?
I concur. Obviously Democrats can be convicted of crimes against the people and still serve little or no time in jail.
Even Duke Cinningham served more than eight out of his ten year conviction. But he is a Republican.
I thought Silver was a New York Republican. I know there’s little difference between them and Rats.
and I don’t think Sheldon Silver ever paid back the $4-5 Million in kickbacks he received from the law firm
I stand corrected on his politcal affiliation !
Agree !
Very typical results... for a Democrat.
