I suspect that Target is painfully aware that they've lost so many customers to on-line shopping that aren't coming back so they need to pander to those who'll still go into brick and mortar stores in sufficient numbers to keep the doors open.

I also suspect Target created their "Greatland" stores which added groceries to attract food stamp customers.

Hey, the “mostly peaceful” protesters lit our store on fire and due to the “mostly peaceful” protests the Fire Dept or store employees couldn’t get to the store causing tens of thousands of gallons of water from the sprinklers to flood the building. Let’s let them paint a mural of a burning store, police station, liquor store, etc on our building.
