Spot on. There would be minimal bureaucratic nooks and crannies for the can't-do types to take cover under. The dank corners need each other so they can then blame each other for failures.

Obama’s fake presidency was merely a dent in our nation’s armor. Or a bullet that missed its mark, at best a flesh wound.
Nothing more than a warning never to let it happen again.
