"If we’re just talking about [President Joe Biden] Biden, it’s very difficult to find something to complain about," Carville said. "And to me his biggest attribute is that he’s not into 'faculty lounge’ politics." To an extend this is true, but it is only because the dude is a senile old fool who doesn't even recognize he's now the president.

There’s nothing inherently wrong with these phrases. There is, actually. These phrases are not intended to communicate, they're intended to obfuscate, to frame the discussion such that only one side may be heard. The term "whiteness", for example, is semantically null but in wide use - everyone pretends to know what it is, and it's bad, but to challenge that vacuity is simply a sign of possessing it. That is not the stuff of any sort of honest discourse and it isn't intended to be, it's a shield against it.

"We have to talk about race. We should talk about racial injustice,” but "we need to do it without using jargon-y language that’s unrecognizable to most people — including most Black people, by the way — because it signals that you’re trying to talk around them."
I read that Carvile still wants to promote "systemic racism", but wants different terms because Blacks can't understand the current terms. Ok, let's try "national racism" so Blacks can better understand that fallacy. What a racist pr*ck.

James... Biden isn’t steering the boat, so do you want to revise your conclusions?

The Dems declared total war on the American people a long time ago. Well before Trump coming along and smoking them out.

Carville added, "We have to talk about race. "Around"? Gimme a break. It's more like talking DOWN to everyone who's not an 'elite'.. See tag...

(We need a better class of 'elites' - the ones we have now are more like monied white trash...)
