BTW-If the people he's talking about were lazy and corrupt in their home country, they won't automatically change when they come here...especially if absolutely NO demands are put on them to assimilate, learn English or demonstrate GRATITUDE
But if you go roughly an hour west-ish on that same day, it could be 100 degrees in Fresno. And then, if you go another hour west, in Hollister, it could be 80 degrees on that same day.
And then, if you go another half hour west, you'll find yourself in Monterey which could be 60 degrees on the same day that it is 130 degrees in Death Valley.
The point is, you don't have to travel half way around the world to escape those intolerable temperatures.
So there must be some other reason they are coming here. And some reason John Kerry wants them here.

There have always been micro-climates: extreme weather patterns in tiny areas.

It is, but there is a perception there are not because caucasian males are never hardest hit in any crisis, so since the US is majority caucasian, it appears that there are fewer weather problems here due to a smaller percentage of the population being hardest hit
