.....unless they are athletic men identifying as women ready to play sports!
I disagree.....refusing these people is the right thing too do..
Yes and we know this is what the left wants.
What does that have to do with immigration and the border?
Follow the link to read about one of our lunatics.
What do cross dressing men have to do with playing womens sports? Ask Noem. She is so willing to kiss NCAA ass, she will get the best ecadorian cross dressing soccer players to get back on their good side.
I know lots of Freepers were unhappy with Governor’ Noem’s veto of HB 1217, but I think she may have been right.
The freak trannies and Chamber of Chinese Commerce agree. Stand with them if you wish. I won’t be.
Please keep your skepticism out in Idaho. We really don’t need it here in South Dakota.
LOL
Here’s a novel idea that would solve the problem. College women are adults and why should they have to rely on government for a solution.
The solution is easy. When they line up to compete with a he-she simply sit down and refuse to compete.
Man we, including conservatives, really do up government to solve our each and every problem, cradle to grave. Where is the conservatism in that?
“Follow the link to read about one of our lunatics.”
Well there is always John Thune, past slayer of tiny Tom “Deeply Troubled” Daschle.
Nothing after that to speak of, except for being a Never Trumper.
I don’t understand why the AWOL parents can’t be charged with state crimes. Child endangerment, etc. If you or I abandoned our kids in the desert we would be facing long prison terms. Are they claiming asylum and immigration law trumps state law? Or are Abbott and Ducey just Chamber of commerce owned wimps?
SD has been accepting fake refugees from many countries but especially Somalia for as long as I can remember, and courtesy of Lutheran and Catholic Social Services if my information is correct. Many would appear annually in the State Capitol to be welcomed into the State by the Legislature.
OK, that’s a different question - a novel question. I wouldn’t think the immigration rulings would in any way, materially impact the state’s ability to enforce it’s own child welfare laws. Just like the state can preempt the supremacy of the feds in immigration, the feds can’t preempt the police power of the states.
But, there are two issues. The first is these kids are being abandoned in Mexico or even before, like in Guatemala. So the actual crime of child abonnement is happening in another country making jurisdiction a potential hurdle to overcome.
The second issue is even if you can arrest an adult and successfully prosecute them, then what? You still stuck caring for the abandoned child and you have to pay for the parent’s incarceration. So long as there’s a Dem in the White House refusing to enforce immigration law by refusing to arrest and detain illegals who fail to show for deportation hearings, we’re in the same boat.
that should be: “Just like the state canNOT preempt...”
A rogue SCOTUS must be defied or else rule of law will die.
I agree though I think Ted Cruz is the in only one who has fallen back into the good graces of FR after the hate stemming from the 2016 primaries.

The point is that Noem caved on letting boys play sports with girls after forcefully saying she would not let them.
If she caved on such a black and white issue as that then I would never trust her again.
