My other comment as to Biden’s objectives on “housing” is yes, Dims like sheeple cramped into more densely packed spaces - their favorite dependencies.

Homeowners have no rights anymore at all. My deed has a restrictive covenant that says the neighborhood is for single family homes, no commercial businesses allowed.
So, a group home bought the property next door. It now is staffed by workers from the outfit that sets up work opportunities for those with some kind of developmental disabilities. One or more of these individuals live in the house. The caretakers, mostly giant, overweight women, come and go at all times of the day and night when their shifts end. During the day several of them like to stand outside smoking and talking loudly. They can do this in the wee hours of the morning in the summer when my windows are open and I’m trying to sleep.
One of their inmates tried to escape one day and managed to get halfway down the street before they grabbed her and hauled her back. Another time she spent a half hour bashing her head repeatedly against a sliding glass door. Thump, thump, thump. The other resident spent one Sunday afternoon smashing a wooden chair to pieces against the wall and floor laughing hysterically the entire time.
We consulted our lawyer when we discovered who was moving in. We pointed out the restrictive covenant. It doesn’t apply, he told us, when the house is being occupied by disabled people. The federal law against housing discrimination applies. So, our house value, our major financial asset, has taken a nosedive and we have no rights at all. Welcome to the woke USA.
Now THAT would be enjoyable to watch.

In your case, the federal government does what it does best— confiscate your wealth by depreciating your home value. Too bad about the tards living next to you. Life is tough, but it's not your job to finance their well being. We have plenty of empty mental hospitals which are zoned for the purpose, and could be turned into nice group homes.
