I don’t need an SUV to transport a bicycle for pedaling a couple of blocks.

This idiot built bike paths for a town of 100,000 and is now running transportation for the United States. But, its ok because we don’t have mean tweets anymore.

Oh, great. I get hassled enough driving my pickup truck around town now. Buttigieg is going to make it even worse.

What a despicable tyrant and dictator. He KNOWS exactly the right transportation we all should use. We shouldn’t be in charge of making our own decisions in life on how to get from Point A to Point B, something we all decide many times a day.

Just like they KNOW what you should eat, the global temperature, where you should live, who your neighbors should be, that citizenship is worthless, that you should all hate America.

I HATE tyrants and everybody in the Democrat party is a tyrant.

I guess, according to the sexually confused moron, we should be driving CLOSE to our destination in vehicles large enough to hold a bike in the back, and then bike the last 200 yards to the destination. Got it.

He’s the Buttigieg of jokes.

Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg was mocked by conservative critics online after a video appeared to show security staffers unloading his bike from the back of an SUV so that he could “ride” to an April 1 Cabinet meeting.

Two SUVs then followed the millennial Cabinet secretary to his meeting as he pedaled off. Full video was posted online by local WFMZ-TV.

“Caught in the act,” said right wing author and filmmaker Dinesh D’Souza on Twitter.

“Pete Buttigieg has a history of gimmicky stunts, just for show, like doing a desk job on a military base for a few weeks, then trying to pose as a combat veteran. Now this phony stunt.” added radio host Mark Simone.

They don’t want to spend the money on roads so they want you to use mass transit and bicycles

“Empty blather”

I wish it were so, but they are going to spend us to oblivion and penury.

This is the guy who had his driver drop him and his bike off so he could photo-op a “ride” to work. Are we all going to have to have bike racks installed on our limousines?

The left, whose butt buttageeg kisses, doesn’t want us to have our own vehicles. They want everyone on public transportation. The ruling elite wouldn’t be affected, and would have armed guards in their limousines.

Americans do not have the European attitude. Our lives are over scheduled and need to be instantly flexible several times a day if not several times an hour.

Americans can’t plan our lives around a train schedule.

Not possible. We’re too productive, juggling kids sports, meetings, overtime on zero notice, hundreds and hundreds of factors you try to plan for and schedule but everything is too much in flux.

Americans are spending too much of their money on transportation in the wrong ways...

Really? Why do I need you to tell me the "right way"?

“ So...we’re all supposed to get to Gramma’s on a skateboard?”
***************

No, silly person. We’re supposed to do same as Pete. Have our bike hauled around in the back of an armored Suburban by two Secret Service officers. When we want to make a public appearance, stop a few blocks away, unload bike and ride up 🙄...

Well, thanks to the idiot running/ruining google, i will have to begin returning to the office in some capacity this summer.

boogle is implementing a hybrid work model calling for 3 days in the office. my company is copying them almost action for action.

and there is no reason why I need to be in the office with the type of work I do.

wfh would save a lot of gas and time and help the environment.

yet, some mgrs are still stuck in the box method of thinking.
