From, ​the brief, Dr. Frank's polynomial key worked as predicted in all 88 counties in Ohio, all 64 counties in Colorado, 14 counties each in Florida and Pennsylvania. In other words they stole Colorado this way, but couldn't steal Ohio. (Meaning that Trump won be even more in OH than the official results show.) They didn't have enough Dominion or similar compromised voting machines in place to steal Florida with the algorithm, or in Pennsylvania. So in PA, they needed the help of old fashioned ballot stuffing to supplement the algorithm. They couldn't steal FL and OH because they lacked compromised officials there to assist with that, but they had them in other states like AZ, GA, PA, WI, and MI among others.

People in states like FL and OH should be demanding an audit of the machines in counties where the algorithm was found. It builds the case that the machines can't be trusted and must audited in places where the politicians keep hiding the ballots.
