According to Mike Lindell, he has evidence that 19 cyber attacks flipped five states from Donald Trump to Joe Biden. Then his lawyers ought to be presenting it to some court
instead of him spouting about it to some loser unknown blog.
But hey, I'm no strategist...

Lindell has no standing to bring a petition for a writ of quo warranto in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. Others do, and they must bring the petition. Someone will file for the writ. Delays in auditing the ballots in AZ, GA and elsewhere may be the explanation for the inaction.
But hey, I'm no strategist...
I agree. You are not.

Ok! Which court? A DC Court? The Supreme (waste of time) Court. No judge will hear it! Why is that?

I agree. You are not. So you agree that whining to a blog about fraud is a fine strategy?

So you agree that whining to a blog about fraud is a fine strategy? Mike's only strategy is to sell more pillows.

Mike's only strategy is to sell more pillows. He's going about it the wrong way then. I understand his sales are way down since he started this crusade of his.
To: gr8eman
No judge will hear it! Why is that? It was a VERY sloppy operation, a completely obvious fraud. No thinking person could draw any other conclusion.
My supposition: Because untold numbers of people had to have been involved, including some VERY big names, no court in the land has the guts to sentence hundreds, perhaps thousands, of people to execution or long prison terms for treason.

How about them?
Why wasn't Ruby Freeman prosecuted?
How can Lindell force a DA or the FIB to prosecute the fraud?

How can Lindell force a DA or the FIB to prosecute the fraud? Five states, I assume some or most of them have Republicans at various levels of government. Start with Republican DAs and keep going until he finds someone wiling to file charges. If he really has the evidence he claims that shouldn't be too hard.

Right, the DAs in places like Atlanta, Detroit, Philadelphia, Phoenix, and Milwaukee have been real interested in investigating the fraud there! The best strategy is to give them all of the evidence, and names of witnesses. You really think the evidence won't be destroyed and the witnesses killed promptly? In case you missed it, this has been a coup, and they have great propaganda support from the corporate media. Things need to be done in a certain way. I doubt anything will get filed before the new social media platforms are up and running to get the word out to the masses.

To what court? The Supreme Court? Don't forget: Lindell lacks "standing"! In fact, nobody has "standing", and voter fraud is de facto legal!
