The Supreme Court should declare many laws unconstitutional.
I don’t disagree, but that was never the Founder’s intent. If you read through the document, you will not find that power granted to SCOTUS. Again, the Founders, perhaps in their post-revolution naiveté assumed that Congress would never pass a law that violated the Constitution.
SCOTUS simply assumed the role in 1803 with Marbury v. Madison and it has become a very important ‘unwritten’ part of our Constitution. Interestingly, the Constitution does give Congress the power to limit the reach of the Judiciary, but it has never (to my knowledge) done so.

Hebrews 9:27 And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment.
Sorry Hirono, your woman died and is most likely in Hell. I hope you do not follow.

She is still alive in the afterlife, just in a really warm, dry place.

How prey tell was Ruth Bader Ginzburg supposed to live forever? Does Crazy Maizie know something about immortality that we don’t?

It is vital that none of the Republican appointed Justices die or retire for at least 2 years. By that time I think its likely Republicans can retake the Senate and block any Biden/Harris nomination.

I would like to remind the Senator that nobody lives forever...
By the way, NOBODY LIVES FOREVER is a good book...I read it a long time ago...It is a Bond novel...Not written by Ian Fleming...

Hey, Maizie . . . how’d that work out for you and Ruthie?
