The contaminated water will surely kill Manatees swimming nearby. Bad news.

Li Cohen is a social media producer and trending reporter for CBS News, focusing on social justice issues.
Why can’t media outlets find someone that can explain the issue? The article barely makes any sense.

Manatees tried to kill my brother-in-law twice. Partly joking. One scratched its’ back on his kayak, nearly dumping him. Another one did dump the kayak he and my niece were in a year later.
Good fun.

Newly mined phosphate releases radioactivity. Huge mounds of phosphate tailings run for miles and miles of many Central Florida roadways.

Phosphates were mined for dishwasher detergents.
Now free of detergent production, the largest phosphate amounts go into into keeping lawns green.

The solution to pollution is dilution.
Should clear up in a couple years if it hits open water, just dont eat ant seafood coming from there.
