That is interesting, I did not know Milton wrote that.
It just occurred to me what Lester the molester would think of the media if he somehow lived in 1930s Germany, the CSA, or the USA a century ago when his race was still basically thought of as inferior.
These wokesters are so arrogant, so sure of themselves, so blinded by their ideology and conceit. I told one of my woke nieces (Stanford Med School) that I will never speak politics with her again until she reads Milton’s piece.
Simplified, Milton’s thesis is:
1. Only God knows the truth
2. Not even a King knows the truth (only God does)
3. Not even a King can know with certainty if something is false.
4. Therefore, inhibiting ideas (printing only licensed materials) hides the truth.
But he does so much more than that — his attacks on the clergy are hilarious.
Another truth over facts thinker.
Now we know why this a-hole was hired.
So that’s what he meant by “fairness is overrated”?
