I hate the apologists who claim it doesn’t hurt anyone.

Has anyone here said that?

Actually, yes.
JustSayNotoNannies, zotted doper troll who wanted everything legalized.

He's not here; and wanting something legalized doesn't imply believing it doesn’t hurt anyone. I think alcohol and tobacco should be legal, and they certainly harm people.

There was no increase in Washington state, which lifted prohibitions on marijuana the same year as Colorado.

washington which is stonerville max saturation.

Evidence?

They legalized and the stoners who were driving before continued to drive.

That gives no support to your claim that the reason for no increase in Washington is they had max saturation. In every legalizing state (and every nonlgalizing one), those who drove stoned in the past will drive stoned in the future.

You asked if it was said.
Yes, yes it was.
You don’t like that.
Tough.

“Study ties legalizing pot to car accidents”
“Colorado traffic deaths up 75 per year since pot legalization”

Yes, yes it does say that.

Yes, yes it does say that.

It's not even about the same state, Einstein.

You've posted nothing that supports your claim. Have a link to a post?

It took me only a few minutes to discover that he said the opposite:

"I agree that using drugs - including alcohol and tobacco - can be harmful." - https://freerepublic.com/focus/news/3004995/posts?page=85#85

That was waaaay afterwards.
It was amusing getting him to that point.
Prior to that..
He wanted government authority yo be exercised to legalize his drug of choice but said government had no authority to begin with.
While appealing to government authority he didn’t recognize.

Another preposterous misreading from you. The truth, to which you had no response:

Government has the power to ban drugs - because it obviously has done so - but does not have the right or authority to do so, but it does have the right and authority and power to lift that ban, which is what I call on it to do.

you are STILL appealing to government power to do “something.”

Yes, to lift a ban that it had no right or authority to impose. What of it?

Even if you claim about authority were true - which I've shown it's not - it has nothing to do with your still-unsupported and contradicted claim that he was an "apologist who claimed it doesn’t hurt anyone".

Keep looking.
You’ll see the “victimless crime” claim as well.
You git time to waste chasing your tail and I have all night to yank the chains of a legalization proponent.

By the way, Colorado experienced an increase in accidents.
It’s right in the text of the links, but I don’t expect you to admit what they say.

You haven’t shown diddly.
JustSayYestoDope had years of posts proselytizing about the wonders of drugs.

Keep looking.

Nope - so far I've disproved 2 out of 2 of your claims. From now on, without proof from you they go in the BS bin.

By the way, Colorado experienced an increase in accidents.
It’s right in the text of the links

And I posted a link that says the opposite. The jury is out.

The higher the tax, the more of the black market will remain.

This has proven to be the case nearly everywhere. It's what caused the vape death crisis a couple of years ago, where black market THC vape cartridges were far cheaper than the regulated ones. Even in California -- one of the first states to legalize -- the black market is very strong (and this is even with the law making it legal to grow your own up to five plants). In Canada, the black market is booming because the government is responsible for growing the pot, and like any other government entity, they suck at it. No one wants to buy crappy government weed.

Reading through this thread, it continues to shock me how -- with the conservative and libertarian ideals our side espouses -- so many want to trample freedom to choose the life you want to live. Prohibition never works. Marijuana has been readily available to all for literally centuries. As opposed to the many other ways one can kill themselves, it doesn't even show up on the list.

I applaud New York for doing this, as I applauded all the other states to move on from this ridiculous charade.

2 out of 2 times I looked, what you said proved to be BS. From now on, you can do the looking.

“2 out of 2 times I looked(at one page or so and not through the YEARS of BS)”

not through the YEARS

I didn't have to look long to find your previous 2 claims were BS - more shame on you.
