The New York Times provides daily examples, each lie bolder and more outrageous than the last.

It is the essence of a MONOPOLY and further mergers should be prohibited based on their history. They damper down free exchange of thought and information. This directly imapacts consumers.

Unsubstantiated opinions are presented news. Opinions are proven lies are presented as news. Then they hide behind the protections given to News Organizations, to protect the publishing of news to the public.
This has become even worse recently, and this protected media is used as a smear/disinformation tool by the left wing "democrat" / "progressive / "liberal" press.
Who protects the little person's constitutional rights from these big and powerful "news" organizations?
