gotta be something less conspicuous like a leaking sewer pipe that floods the room and ruins all the ballots/evidence, then a fire breaks out just as they are abotu to retrieve them to see if any are salvagable

You have a valid point. I guess I was looking at it from the standpoint of the judge actually letting the case move forward, as opposed to the *cough*Supreme Court*cough* who dismissed all the cases out of hand.

Also, I can see where the judge would want to put safeguards and checks in place for the audit. Whichever way it goes, the other side will cry foul, sure as shooting.

I agree with you.
But I've become extremely cynical over the past few months with the various State Legislatures shirking their duty, the Supreme Court (save Justices Thomas and Alito) abandoning their duty, and this odd stall going on in Arizona (when the Arizona Senate supposedly was lined up to hold the Maricopa County Supervisors in contempt, but then one of the Republican Senators mysteriously decided to give the Supervisors 'more time' (they had been sitting on the requests for the audit for months)). It all reeks as if the Deep State has control of all of these pieces, and we just have a 'pretend audit' that never actually gets launched.

Hopefully this Judge actually does something, and proceeds with the real audit - but at this point I'm convinced that our Government system is corrupt to the core.

[where the infamous ‘Ruby’ video showing election workings scanning ballots multiple times]

I’m guessing they meant “workers” there.

Or they could call them “election fraudsters” or something similar.

Those officials are supposed to retain all the election stuff for 22 months for just this sort of thing. It is unthinkable that they would maintain their stalling tactics. Somebody needs to be arrested. (I know, I know, FAT CHANCE)

These judges can find so many rights in the Constitution that were never intended, but the right to counting ballots openly in front of witnesses has disappeared. I think the militia should handle this like the old days and organize the count and inspection. They could claim a Ninth Amendment right to count the votes in public, with no machines or hiding ballots. They might bring a little tar and some feathers too...

Instead of simply locking the c*nt in a cell, how about she dies, screaming, in front of the court house, for treason? Being drawn and quartered is customary.

Except for Democrats, who are notoriously dim, you wouldn't have to do it too often... This MIGHT prove to be more convincing, in the long term.

And before you go all Constitutional, since when has a Democrat followed THAT?

It sounds like the retention of ballot laws are missing the most critical part. The retention of ballots for 22 months should have written in to the law that the ballots must be surrendered to a competent authority for producing a high speed forensic scan. The ballots shall be unsealed under high definition video monitoring. The entire process shall be live streamed in the view of the public. Any person who attempts to conceal any aspect of the video monitoring or who shuts down the process without cause shall be charged with a felony and be imprisoned no less than five years.

Nothing was written into law because it was not foreseen that people in authority would pay millions of dollars for election machines that would be used to rig elections, switching votes, etc., by hiding the vote count from candidates, their representatives and political parties. Traditionally, counting the votes was done openly, or else people understandably questioned the results. Now we have high priests of "democracy" who operate the machines and operate out of sight in the "temples". Why should the auditor be sworn to secrecy about the results? It is blasphemy for us to want to see the sacred relics of the election.
