Polio vaccine is not a sugar cube it is known to cause paralysis. 11.82/100,000 in India are paralyzed from the vaccine. The estimated number that was expected 2 in 100,000. Or about 50,000 people are paralyzed by the vaccine. They have eradicated Polio in India there has been no cases. Last case of Polio was in 2011.

For reference at the peak in 1985 there was 150,000 cases of Polio in India. Today 50,000 are paralyzed by the cure.
