Shame...

You have to respect him for being a man of his word. Very few politicians do that.

Right Ron, Washington certainly can’t have any constitution abiding conservatives around, right?

Is Ron Johnson the only Constitution abiding conservative in all of Wisconsin? Rather than wringing our hands we should be celebrating if Johnson's decision is to retire and pass the baton on to a like-thinking conservative. This crap of senators staying in office for 20 or 30 or 40 years is a big part of problem our country is in. New blood brings new ideas and new ways of thinking and looking at things. It refreshes government. The best thing to do is to encourage Johnson to keep is promise, rare in D.C. these days, and work with him to identify the kind of conservative that he would like to hand reins over to. Then fight like crazy to get that person elected.

Wisconsin needs such.

Trump will likely find a place for him in the administration.

It’s a shame what’s happened to this nation. I can’t help but think of the Founding Fathers and also those who died in the American Revolution, giving their lives for the cause of a just and fair country.

My own dad served three years overseas during World War II. He came back home, but many lives were lost to help preserve freedom for other countries.

God has blessed America for decades, but a corrupt and criminal government He will not bless.
