The trafficking charges are vague and pertain to incidents that occurred “on or about 2010-2013” or “on or about 2008-2013.” Are you kidding me? The person injured by the coach’s criminal behavior doesn’t even know for sure when it occurred?
There were also 2 charges that he committed “criminal sexual conduct,” which are concerning but, once again, also vague.
Nessel should be ashamed of herself for what she’s been doing to ppl in Michigan. And even sadder is the damage her actions have caused for women’s gymnastic programs.

I would agree that the “human trafficking and forced labor causing injury” charges are very suspect.
I also doubt the one count of “first degree criminal sexual assault”, and one count of “second degree criminal sexual assault” are the only counts. There will be more.
Nassar’s sexual assaults, and USA Gymnastics ignoring the evidence of it, is what has caused the damage to USA Gymnastics.
As for the times of the assaults, there were likely many assaults on the same two gymnasts. I suspect other girls will be coming forward, too.
Nesser worked closely with Larry Nassar; that does not help Nesser.
Nassar is going to be in prison for the rest of his life, so don’t be surprised if he testifies against Nesser in exchange for some favorable treatment. If the government doesn’t disclose any agreements, that’s going to be a huge problem for the prosecution.
If the criminals would all off themselves upon the filing of charges we’d save lots of time and money.
