One thing they almost all have in common is their extreme liberalism which clouds their judgment in all other areas of their lives. Because of their strong aversion to any organized religion it is almost hard to believe that they themselves subscribe to what amounts to a quasi religious belief system. Their political orientation someohow leads them to put all of their faith into the nonsensical theory of human caused global warming. This is despite the fact that none of the “computer models” supporting their belief system have had any predictive value at all. Yet they drone on about it and the various other tenets of their faith. Strange how they have concluded that cows, one of the most docile species of farm animals are destroying the planet. It is so topsy turvy that you really cannot make this stuff up.
The scary thing is that Bill Gates has been buying up farm land in the United States to the point that he is now the largest private holder of farm land in the country. He is a monopolist at heart and this is not something he is doing for fun... he hopes to change the face of agriculture in this country. Phasing out cattle is merely one facet of the plan he hopes to implement. Unlike most rich leftist idiots, Bill Gates plots and schemes and puts his money behind the strange belief system that he has constructed. In the long term he will prove to be ten or a hundred more times effective than George Soros ever hoped to be. And the world he envisions is something beyond what even the most imaginative “conspiracy theorists” among us are fearful of.
It’s funny (not ha ha) how prescient science fiction has become.
