Ten bucks says that his "carbon footprint" is 100,000 times bigger than mine. I live in a 1,000 sq ft home (condo). I keep my thermostat at 68 in winter (or 70 when I have guests) and 75 in summer (or 73 when I have guests). I fly commercial...in coach.My car gets about 50MPG on the highway. I take public transit when venturing into the city...mainly to avoid traffic and finding,and paying for,parking.

And yet Gates wants to continue with his private jet (a 787?)...and his 25,000 sq foot mansions...and his Rolls Royce limos...and his 76 degrees in winter and 72 degrees in summer...while I commute to work on a pogo stick,vacation in my back yard and turn on the heat 2 hours a day and the A/C 1 hour a day?
