Teen and twenty-something low-info “Social Justice Warriors” think Bill’s, like, I mean, like a god or something.
Do I have to raise the entire hand? Can I prorate based on how impressed I am with Bill, say about 20%?
I am thinking you’re right.
Big tech no longer needs to trample the rights of that particular individual voice?
GMAFB!
The lord’s of tech have spoken.
I agree... he is an intelligent man but his true expertise has no relevance to whether or not President Trump should be allowed on social media platforms. His forte is actually not computer programming, it is making deals and lots of money.
It is interesting that Bill did a large percentage of the machine language coding for the BASIC language that was the first software product that Microsoft sold to computer enthusiasts. But Bill had nothing to do with coding for even the first operating system that Microsoft sold. It was owned by Seattle Computer Products, and written by Tim Paterson and purchased by Bill and company in 1981 for $75,000.
Bill Gates had a connection to IBM through his mother and turned out to be a ruthless entrepreneur who through luck and vision made deals that made Microsoft and himself fabulously wealthy. Microsoft under Gates leadership expanded and hired lots of programmers for software development, and he had prescience regarding the future of microcomputers. Many people could see where things were headed. Gates was in a position to make money from his insight and influence as time went on.
But his ability to make money has about as much relevence as to whether President Trump's rights to free speech on social media should be allowed as your typical Hollywood celebrity does when they are speaking about Global Warming.
“ I hope Trump builds a very successful competitor, and takes all of their business away.”
That is exactly what they are afraid of.
The billionaires club, an extension of the Demokratik Party and subject to its complete disregard for the concept of equal justice, has become a new level of government, even less responsible to the people than the other levels (although having rent-a-vote election machines has levelled that playing field).
It’s time for push back against the unholy alliance of the crypto-communist politicians and their buddies with bucks and free advice for those not as wealthy therefore in need of their guidance. Investigate, prosecute, incarcerate.

Who cares what Gates thinks?
Bingo! The last four years they’ve been obsessed with Trump and also obsessed with saying they can’t wait to get rid of him. Now that he’s no longer president, they realize they have nothing to report on, as they refused report on anything but it does or doesn’t do that might possibly make him look bad.
Amazing that CNBC allowed Gates to express this point of view.
This interview should be banned from social media.
“Probably?” Who pays attention to this fool?
Bill Gates, the Dr. Fuaxi of the tech world.
Yes. As long as it’s the middle 20%, I think that’s entirely acceptable!
