Before the bashing of Pierre Delecto commences, would a universal basic income in exchange for removing all other welfare programs be a tenable conservative position? Government never cuts a program, they only add to them.

Uncle Miltie could not come up with a single good reason at that time for keeping the Fed, or why money had to be issued by da gubment.
