it’s cut and dried: if he was domiciled in SC on election day with the intent to change his residency to SC, then he probably voted illegally; this goes for the runoff and the general election.

ironic.

This is pure harassment. Domicile and Residence are two totally different things. You can be domiciled in one state and be a residence of another. That’s how these career politicians who haven’t lived in their home state for years can still vote there.
dunno, man. I think he forked himself. the law itself states:

If a person removes to another state with the intention of making it such person's residence, such person shall be considered to have lost such person's residence in this state;

And just how are you going to prove he had the “intention of staying there”? This case will go nowhere.

“with the intent to change his residency to SC”

And how are you going to prove that? I’m no Lin fan but he never said anything about changing his residency prior to either election.

“because he said so.”

He said nothing of the sort. He specifically said he was domiciled there. He never said anything about changing residence until after the elections.

are you suggesting that a guy that just changed his residency to a different state moved to that state with other intentions?

He had homes in both states. If he says he didn’t decide to change his residency until after the election, how are you going to impeach that? The state has to prove beyond a reasonable doubt he made the decision before the election and they don’t have a shred of evidence.

maybe. maybe not. I’ll admit that it remains to be seen for a legal certainty, but, look, this is typical lin wood weirdness. that boy would complicate a ham sandwich if it got him twitter followers.

So the guy that screamed voter fraud is targeted for voter fraud, but the underaged and illegal voters as well as the dominion machines and fake mail in ballots are ignored?

Other than giving the Left a great reason to consider the legitimate claims of fraud and other abuses (including the Texas Supreme Court case) as CONSPIRACY THEORIES and LOSING the Georgia Senate Runoffs, I’m not sure he’s best person to have on our side.

Whether true of not, the vaunted Lin Wood did nothing for Trump during the steal. The iconic Giuliani and Sidney Powell were big failures with their weak lawsuits.

Kraken, Bombshell, new revelations coming were all nonsense were all crap. Like I've said, Pres. Trump really picked bad people to represent his legal and in his cabinet. I tend to believe it was misplaced trust and not knowing the hidden agendas while his nominees did their smiley faces.

If only Pence had used his authority to send questionable Elector ballots back to the State legislatures. Might have been the same outcome, but at least he would have tried. Pence - shit list.

After reading the story at the link, it is even more puzzling why Lin Wood cared about election fraud in Georgia since he is apparently transitioning to become a “good citizen of South Carolina” (his words).

We will see if he voted illegally. I’m not surprised either way.

No, I knew you were being sarcastic. I just used your post as a jumping off point to criticize the Q nonsense.
