All we've accomplished is to stretch out the time to immunity by eight months or so by restricting the development of a natural immunity.

We would have lost millions of Americans. The nation's healthcare system would have been overwhelmed and the Case Fatality Rate would have been the highest in the world by far. It would have gone up just because we were throwing our hands up in the air and saying Screw it and it would have gone up because the hospitals would just break. And then deaths would go up from everything else because the hospitals were broken i.e. strokes, heart attacks, infections, etc. What you suggest would without a doubt have been the biggest disaster in American history.

As I listened to people making the arguments that your making, I kept thinking to myself, this is the Iraq invasion all over again.

The incessant poo pooing of this virus cost us everything AFAIC-the Whitehouse, the Senate, The House Of Representatives, the Second Amendment. It will probably cost me $25,000 in taxes on my firearms and magazines. All because some of us don't want to wear a mask and thought this was just a cold. Now their pride prevents them from changing course even after 425,000 Americans are dead. Conservatism will never recover from this.

So because I spoke the truth to counter the incessant lies about the virus (I never once argued that it didn't exist or that it wasn't serious; if you actually read what I have written over the past 10 months you'll learn -- I presume -- that I was consistent in my criticism of the deliberate actions of the many vile governors), that I caused Trump to lose the election.

For an accomplished professional you appear clearly to have your rationality compromised by your fear. Then again, if I worked in an ER I may feel similarly ... which is why "experts" should be consulted only for their knowledge and never, ever, ever placed in a position of authority over public policy ... which was Trump's biggest mistake.
