Trump’s case before the SC no longer matters because the suits against him have been ordered moot. It’s a win.
The writer of the article wanted to get as much of a dig into Trump as they could instead of writing a clear article.
If you wanted to find that out, you certainly wouldn't read an Associated Press document. All they do is spread lies about Trump.
So, essentially, the ruling is that the courts took too long. Good that it was thrown out, but poor way to do law.
