Yes they did. This winter they are dying at a faster rate than the US. Germany too, in case anyone is still making US comparisons.

No idea. We might have a hope to get an idea if we spoke German. We can read the German MSM press in English, but we have no way of getting at their alternative press, which they have, which would have the real info.
