Great disappointment with this ingrate!!!
We are at the point where, like it or not, we must adopt the enemy’s tactics.
The GOP is reduced to such meaningless gestures. We are indeed in for a dark winter. And a dark age.
"Article IV, Section 4: The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government [emphasis added], and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence."
In fact, the Civil War Union States ignored any electoral votes from the Confederate States for the 1864 presidential election.
"Because eleven Southern states had declared secession from the Union and formed the Confederate States of America, only twenty-five states participated in the election." — Presidential election of 1864.
I can’t speak on their behalf, but I don’t think that Trump-supporting voters in the Democratic-controlled renegade states would have a problem if the electoral votes of their respective state were ignored, minimum electoral votes needed to win election appropriately adjusted.
And speaking of the Civil War, the political decendants of the Civil War have arguably been trying to pirate government powers to flip the outcome of that war since it ended.
Why now Mr Scott? You know your Bill will go nowhere. Two faced fool and traitor you are!
arsehat...
Let the steal happen.. insanity...
Good Bye GOP... I’m done.
Tulsi Gabbard had two such bills when serving in Congress- one in July 2019, IIRC, the second in September 2020. I think they never made it out of Committee. I believe that means neither side, GOP or DEM wants election integrity.
I would like to say I am shocked, but sadly, I am not.
apparently
Of course, with “experts”,
Sen Scott: You are proposing new locks on the barn after the horses have been stolen.
Too Little
Too Late
Just mouth music
You are PANDERING to very one of us.
