Actually, Jovan Pulitzer found the issue, and addressed it directly in the GA Senate Judiciary meeting when he connected to one of the currently active voting machines in the GA Senate Runoff election via the internet, broadcast in real time. This is a prime reason the SmartMatic / Dominion / ES&S / DieBold machines are not certified for use in the United States. GA is running an UNLAWFUL election on non-certified machines. The two Senators being sworn in this week from GA should not be allowed to vote in any Electoral College proceeding.
I believe Jovan Pulitzer now has the evidence of internet connection during the Presidential Election in GA, nullifying any results that come from that sorry state.

Raffensperger appears to have had a “coming to Jesus moment” with regards to this mass mail-in ballot issue.
Of course this will take affect in the very next election because, luckily, this didn’t lead to fraud in the 2020 elections.
