That would probably be the best time to bring the seized servers in

I think Trump’s team has them...

McConnell is married to China. Pelosi is as corrupt as they come.

I’m sure they are both the subjects of blackmail. I suspect the Chinese have some extortion material on every member of Congress.

Ballots must be preserved for two years.

And you think these people are going to obey the law?

I’ve been on FR for over 15 years....never heard of thedonald.win until after the election..... I have to say that those guys are running circles around FR.....only 22 comments on this big news so far....and most of them are pretty ho hum.....over at thedonald.win they are making the point that Trump probably has “absolute 100% proof” of foreign election interference, and he’s purposely saving it for the 6th for maximum effect...FR is becoming very lame and listless....too many COVID frightened geezers here, or something LOL

“What are the debate rules? 2 hours is not much time if every member gets to speak”

Each House, when not in joint session, operates under its own rules, under control of its own leadership. When in joint session, they operate under the Senate rules, but, with the Vice President, not the majority leader, controlling the process. That is NOT, as some would prefer to have it, the VP acting in a purely ceremonial role, as the Constitution defines him as the SOLE ACTOR granted the PLENARY POWER, under Article TWO, to PRESIDE over the function. The VP, then, acts as the Executive Branch exercising UNIQUE power in controlling the Legislative Branch, as a co-equal, with and under his direct authority.

It is one of a few VERY narrow exceptions to the Founders broad insistence that Legislatures would not be governed by Executives...

Otherwise, yours might be asking the wrong question ?

A better one might be...

How many separate objections might be raised, each one, a separate issue, and each one requiring a division of the Houses to seek to resolve the controversy raised, IN SEQUENCE... before the next objection is addressed ?

No “Omnibus” objections.

Make them vote... on EVERY SINGLE ELEMENT...
