No he’s not a RINO. He’s one of the top leaders of the Republican Party in Congress. He represents what the Republican Party institutionally is all about. If you disagree with Thune and the rest of the party establishment and leadership , then it’s you who’s the RINO, because they’re the real Republicans. Trump is a RINO because he’s nothing like the Republican leaders.
