The term “anti-racist” is the one most deserving of scare quotes. Racism doesn’t become a virtue just because a Leftist labels it “anti-racist”, even if it’s part of the Leftist canon.

There are plenty of good choices for STEM teachers out there and there are even some good ones left in the humanities and other areas though that’s a bit harder. A school like that can afford to look very carefully into background. They could have legitimately good, non-Marxist teachers if they really wanted to do so.
